The Front Desk Coordinator we are looking for…

We are a growing law firm that focuses on a team approach to providing exceptional legal representation and customer service to our clients. We are located in Monticello and represent businesses and individuals throughout the region.
Position Responsibilities:
- First contact with clients: the smile, voice and hospitality of the firm
- Monitor and order firm supplies
- Learn and use our system to manage incoming calls, schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys
- Use our system to handle new client intake and file management
- Assist with filing, copying and keeping office organized
- Assist with office, marketing & business systems
- Marketing: Social Media, Networking, etc.
Qualifications:
- Confident, outgoing personality and effective people skills
- Excellent computer & internet skills
- Proficient and articulate in verbal and written communication: usage, grammar and spelling
- Outlook and Excel Familiarity
- Previous office/receptionist experience a plus
