Kaye Eisele started with Smith Paulson O’Donnell over 10 years ago, after a 25 year career as an Insurance Claims Management professional. We are blessed to have her as our Front Desk Person, where she serves as the first voice, smile and understanding presence our clients encounter when contacting us for help. She is the undisputed Queen of Mirth for the Firm, entertainment to clients and their kids, and an ear to co-employees. She is always looking out for the Firm’s best interests and generates many valuable ideas and improvement suggestions. On top of all that, she is just a lot of fun to have around!
