The Assistant we are looking for…

We are a growing law firm that focuses on a team approach to providing exceptional legal representation and customer service to our clients. We are located in Monticello and represent businesses and individuals throughout the region.
Position Responsibilities:
- Type dictation and draft some basic correspondence
- Assist with client intake and opening and closing files
- Coordinate Firm social media presence, blogging and website updates
- Coordinate Firm email and mail contact with clients and contacts
- Assist paralegals with file maintenance, copying, typing, trial preparation
- Assist Front Desk to greet and assist clients and handle phone calls
- Assist with office systems creation and refinement and Firm marketing
Qualifications:
- Get along with our team (be capable of working and having fun)
- Previous office experience a plus
- Knowledge and ease of using wide range of social media
- Pleasant demeanor and desire to serve Firm clients’ needs
- Excellent computer & internet skills
